Penny Timmons-Lemmerman, LCSW-C, brings more than 20 years’ experience in behavioral healthcare provision to the Sheppard Pratt Solutions team. Her experience spans public and private programs of varying sizes, and a breadth of care settings from outpatient to inpatient. In her prior positions, Timmons-Lemmerman has been responsible for budget planning across nonprofit and for-profit institutions, designing and implementing new behavioral health programs, and developing utilization targets and facilitating procedures to ensure third party reimbursement. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
