Chief of Medical Staff, Child and Adolescent Services

Sheppard Pratt is committed to addressing the youth mental health crisis with nearly 120 inpatient child and adolescent beds offering dedicated programs to treat anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, and autism. We have 11 special education schools, and school-based programs embedded in more than 200 public schools and outpatient support programs across the state of Maryland.

In this role, you will assess and develop the function of Sheppard Pratt’s child and adolescent services across Maryland. You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient psychiatric healthcare for the child and adolescent population.

Chief of Medical Staff, Outpatient and Specialty Services

Sheppard Pratt provides compassionate care that helps more people get back to meaningful lives. Our outpatient and specialty services include electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, residential mental health services, OCD and anxiety treatment, and more.

Working directly with the Chief Medical Officer, this is a unique opportunity to assess and develop the function of Sheppard Pratt’s psychiatric outpatient and specialty services. You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient psychiatric healthcare.

Service Chief, Child & Adolescent Day Hospital

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a Service Chief for the Child and Adolescent Day Hospital program on our new Baltimore/Washington Campus. This facility, just opened in 2021, provides our patients with a state-of-the-art environment for acute behavioral health care services. The day hospital treats adolescents with mood disorders, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder, and other mental health conditions.
