Sheppard Pratt's community services provide resources for families that may need extra support. Whether you are looking for adult education classes, child care and child development programs, supervised visitation, monitored exchange, assistance with securing benefits and government services, financial education and coaching, or parenting skills classes, we are here to help you and your family access the support you need.

  • Care and Connection for Families

    Care and Connection for Families uses a whole-family approach to help families recover after a child experiences a mental health crisis. Our services include short-term crisis intervention and counseling services.

  • Healthy Families Montgomery

    A nationally accredited in-home service providing early intervention parenting support to ensure that first time parents in Montgomery County begin their families successfully.

  • Multisystemic Therapy

    Through Multisystemic Therapy, a free, voluntary program, we offer intensive family and community-based treatment for adolescents in Frederick, Washington, or Allegany Counties who have had experience with the juvenile justice system.

    A multi-generational, multi-tiered case management and care coordination program serving families in the Germantown area, with emphasis on the Captain James E. Daly and Clopper Mill Elementary School communities.
