Bill Type 1: Hospital Services:
If your bill says “Make check payable to Sheppard Pratt Health System,” please use our secure patient portal to pay your bill online. You can also call (410) 938-3370 with questions or to pay by phone. Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET. 
Bill Type 2: Sheppard Pratt Physicians, PA Services:
If your bill says “Make check payable to Sheppard Pratt Physicians, P.A.,” please use our secure patient portal to pay your bill online. You can also call (410) 938-3380 with questions or to pay by phone. Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 p.m. ET.
Bill Type 3: Outpatient & Community Services:
If your bill says “Make check payable and remit to Mosaic Community Services, Inc. or Way Station, Inc. or Family Services, Inc., please usePersonaPay™ Patient Portal to pay your bill online. Please call 443-862-3463 with questions about these bills. Representatives are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 p.m. ET.
