Job Training & Employment Programs

Finding your passion and the right fit at a job isn’t easy. It’s even harder for a person who is hearing voices or someone with autism spectrum disorder or a developmental disability. That’s where Sheppard Pratt comes in.

We offer vocational services and job training programs to help prepare people for meaningful employment. Not only do we help them find a job, we also help them write resumes, prepare for interviews, and arrange transportation to get there if needed. We stay in touch with individuals once they’ve secured employment, to ensure they continue to thrive.
