We have relationships with government agencies and other nonprofits, giving us a breadth of knowledge and easy access to the resources and services available. We make things easy by providing one space to apply for many services, and help people by walking them through the application process, especially during times of emergency or crisis, like when facing eviction or utility shut-off.

We provide free assistance and support for residents applying and needing referrals for:

  • Food assistance

  • Eviction and foreclosure prevention

  • Utilities assistance

  • Health and medical care

  • Child care subsidies

  • Financial classes

  • Legal and immigration matters

  • Emergency services – emergency housing, utility shut off, child care, legal services (immigration), and more

We can also create case management plans for our clients, following up on the referrals we provide and also helping them set goals. We meet with them regularly to help with working on budgets, getting job referrals, accessing housing resources, and more in order to for them to become self-sufficient.

We have access to the Language Line, allowing us work with clients in over 200 languages so that our clients can comfortably work with us to effectively access services.
