Who We Serve

We help children, adolescents, adults, and older adults address mental health and co-occurring disorder problems and improve their quality of life, all within a safe and welcoming environment. How to Access Sheppard Pratt's Outpatient Mental Health Services

We recommend new patients connect with us through a referral. We accept self-referrals, referrals from other Sheppard Pratt programs, and referrals from the community. You can begin by submitting our referral form (form opens in a new window).
