Elena Michelson, MSS, LCSW-C is the program manager for Sullivan Day Hospital. She received her bachelor’s degree in history and Chinese language from Brown University, and her masters in social service from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. Elena began her career as a teacher of languages, then transitioned to social work, working as a counselor in colleges, schools, and clinics. Prior to joining the team at Sheppard Pratt, Elena worked at GBMC in the Care Management department, where she was nominated for a Compassionate Caregiver award.
