Debjani Goswami, MSc has been a Transformation Coach at the University of Maryland Medical Center since completing her Administrative Fellowship at Sheppard Pratt in May 2024. In this role, she leads teams through performance improvement and process redesign projects using Lean Six Sigma. She has a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University, an MSc from Kings College London and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in Global Mental Health and a BA in Psychology, Sociology and English from India. Previously, she has developed and run health and education programs in a variety of countries including India and Ghana. She is a fan of fantasy novels, Korean dramas and painting, and a cat person. One of her goals is to travel the world to sample all of its cuisines.
