Thomas Glenn, MSF

Thomas Glenn, MSF, Project Director, focuses on guiding not-for-profit healthcare systems through strategic and financial planning processes. Thomas joined Sheppard Pratt in 2019 as Director of Strategy & Business Development, assisting the Chief Strategy Officer in evaluating organizational initiatives, pursuing new partnerships, and developing new services. Prior to Sheppard Pratt, Glenn’s roles involved managing strategy, business operations, and data analysis for a large not-for-profit general acute care system. Across his roles, Mr. Glenn has focused on service line planning, strategic acquisitions, organizational realignment, and large-scale population health initiatives. Glenn holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brown University.
