Roger Packard, MHA, MBA completed the Sheppard Pratt Administrative Fellowship in June 2026 after earning his Master of Healthcare Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. Prior to the fellowship, Roger worked as a physical therapist assistant in skilled nursing and home health settings throughout the greater Houston area, where he developed a deep appreciation for the connection between physical and mental health in achieving positive patient outcomes. Following the completion of his fellowship, Roger joined Adventist HealthCare as a physical therapist assistant, bringing with him the operational, strategic, and leadership experience gained during his fellowship. Roger plans to continue growing at the intersection of clinical practice and healthcare operations. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, listening to audiobooks, and learning about the latest technological innovations.
