Rod Kornrumpf, MHSA FACHE is Senior Consultant with Sheppard Pratt Solutions and serves in a variety of leadership roles with Sheppard Pratt Solutions clients. Most recently, Rod served as Vice President of the Behavioral Health Service Line for Luminis Health, Annapolis, Maryland, (via Sheppard Pratt Solutions).  In that role, Rod provided vision, direction, and oversight of a continuum of services that include Inpatient Hospital and Outpatient Mental Health Services; Behavioral Health Walk-In Urgent Care; Psychiatric Day Treatment (PHP/IOP); Inpatient and Outpatient Substance Use Services; and Hospital-based Consultation Services.     

Rod served as Regional Executive Director for Behavioral Health working for University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health in Harford County and Union Hospital of Cecil County and as Corporate Director for Behavioral Health for Christiana Care Health System in Delaware. He also served for 12 years as Regional Chief Executive Officer for Adult Mental Health Hospitals and Services in Minnesota, as well as co-chair of the Prince George’s County Behavioral Health Advisory Group, member of the Behavioral Health Task Force of the Maryland Hospital Association and as Board of Director for Habitat for Humanity-Susquehanna and Chesapeake Health Education Programs. A graduate of Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, Rod earned his Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
