Olivia Bucciarelli, MHA is the current Administrative Fellow at Sheppard Pratt. She earned her Master of Healthcare Administration from Boston College and holds a bachelor's degree in Public Health. Prior to joining the fellowship, Olivia worked for four years as a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Administrator, where she discovered her passion for healthcare administration and the impact of strong operational leadership. Olivia's background in public health continues to shape her approach to healthcare challenges. She is particularly passionate about improving access to care and addressing the systemic factors that influence health outcomes. This perspective has guided her work in behavioral health, where she is focused on initiatives that expand access to care, strengthen operations, and support Sheppard Pratt's mission of serving individuals and communities.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Olivia recently relocated to Baltimore for the fellowship. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Baltimore's restaurant scene, practicing yoga, and playing volleyball.
