Larry Epp, EdD, LCPC, is the director of outcomes and innovations for community services for Sheppard Pratt. He earned his bachelor’s degree at University of Pennsylvania, his MS at Johns Hopkins University, and his EdD at George Washington University. He serves and has served on a number of county and state committees, including two terms as vice chair of the Montgomery County Mental Health Advisory Committee and service on Maryland’s Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Conference Committee, and Montgomery County’s School and Community United in Partnership Conference Committee. He is a member of the Clinical Committee of the Community Behavioral Health Association and the Past President of the Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors of Maryland.
