David has more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of finance roles, which span the areas of health services, technology, and government contracting industries. Most recently, he has served as the vice president of finance and the director of financial planning and analysis for Diamond Healthcare, a national behavioral health care company. Bissi’s background and skill set include financial modeling, budgeting, government reimbursement, strategic planning, key performance indicators, forecasting, productivity reviews, data management, and analysis. He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with an MBA, with a concentration in finance, and a bachelor’s degree in economics.
