Beth Gylan, MSN, RN-BC, PMH-BC is a board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse with a master’s degree in nursing leadership and management. She has experience managing various mental health programs in both hospital and community settings. As a program nurse manager at The Retreat, she co-leads the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups and works with residents to develop and utilize their DBT skills. With help from her skilled team of nursing and support staff, she aims to aid each resident on their journey to recovery.
