Amy Mandelberg, LCPC, is a therapist at The Center for OCD and Anxiety, Sheppard Pratt’s outpatient treatment center for individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related anxiety disorders. In her work with clients, she utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), with an additional focus on self-compassion and mindfulness.

Prior to joining The Center for OCD and Anxiety, Amy spent four years working as a mental health worker and a member of the admissions team at The Retreat, Sheppard Pratt’s premiere residential treatment program for adults with mental health disorders.

Amy earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. As a graduate-intern, she provided outpatient individual psychotherapy at Key Point Health Services. Since graduation, Amy has been teaching upper-level undergraduate courses in psychotherapy as an adjunct professor at Towson University.
