Alisa Brandes, MHSA is a Senior Consultant for Sheppard Pratt Solutions. Alisa brings 20+ years of experience in the health care industry from the hospital department level to the national system level. Most recently Alisa developed an innovative health equity program for Trinity Health, initially at a pilot hospital, then managed the expansion across 17 hospitals and their medical groups, home health and hospice locations and PACE programs. Prior to that, she provided consulting services for Trinity Health on large scale, high impact initiatives such as deployments of ERP and EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems, mergers and acquisitions and new program development.
Alisa is adept at collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative approaches and achieve desired outcomes. She prides herself on common sense solutions, personal respect, integrity, and empowerment. Alisa received her bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and her MHSA from University of Michigan. She is a PROSCI certified change practitioner.
