Alexandra (Alex) Lorang, MHA completed the Sheppard Pratt Administrative Fellowship in 2023 and subsequently served as an Associate Consultant with Sheppard Pratt Solutions, where she focused on operational improvement, market assessment, and population health analyses. She now serves as a Senior Associate of Integration at Curana Health, supporting the integration of healthcare operations and advancing initiatives that improve care delivery for patients and communities. Originally from a rural area where behavioral health resources were limited and mental health was not often discussed, Alex is passionate about improving access to care and reducing the stigma surrounding behavioral health services. She earned her Master of Health Administration from the University of Iowa and her bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Human Resources from Simpson College. Her unique blend of operational expertise and commitment to patient-centered care continues to guide her work in healthcare leadership.
