Retreat Referrals for Automated Email campaign

Adding an email through this form will initiate a series of three emails to the specified email address to share more information about the Retreat with the individual who requested information. Each email will encourage the recipient to contact the specialty admissions team (providerrelations@sheppardpratt.org) with questions. The first email will be sent immediately and the additional two emails will be sent at 30 day intervals. 

If you make contact with an individual who has been referred, please use the second form below so the individual can be removed from the campaign.
