Sheppard Pratt Acquires Omni House

Sheppard Pratt will continue and expand Omni House’s 40-year tradition of serving Anne Arundel County

Sheppard Pratt recently acquired Omni House, Inc, an organization that provides mental health, psychiatric rehabilitation, and residential services for adults with mental illness in Anne Arundel County. Sheppard Pratt’s acquisition will ensure the continuation of quality behavioral healthcare and services to the Anne Arundel community. Omni House’s current programs, services, and locations will remain under Sheppard Pratt.

The acquisition continues Sheppard Pratt’s investment throughout the state of Maryland. As the largest private, nonprofit provider of mental health services in the country, Sheppard Pratt offers access to a variety of levels of care, programs, and expertise that provides comprehensive care and treatment options.
