The Employee Hardship Fund provides financial assistance to our employees across the health system who experience a disaster or hardship and are in need of immediate assistance. For employees who are interested in supporting their colleagues in their time of need, an online donation can be made on this website:

Employees who are requesting assistance from the fund should review the eligibility criteria, fill out the application, and submit for review. Employees can view the criteria and policy here and download the application here.  

Employees who wish to donate via cash or check to the Employee Hardship Fund can access the Statement of Intent to Give here. This form should be completed and returned to the Office of Philanthropy at 6501 N.Charles St., Baltimore, MD 21204 or via fax at 410-938-4026.
