Lace up your sneakers and join us Thanksgiving Day, November 24, for a 5K run and 1K fun run/walk! Grab your family, friends, and fellow runners, and register today for the Sheppard Pratt Frederick Turkey Trot.
Sheppard Pratt touches the lives of more than 70,000 individuals each year in more than 160 programs across Maryland—including inpatient and outpatient treatment, housing, education, job training and rehabilitation services among many others—inspiring hope and helping people live their fullest, most satisfying lives. Proceeds from the race support care for the people who turn to us for help.

- 1K fun run/walk start time: 8:00 a.m.
- 5K run start time: 8:30 a.m.

5K Run
- Early Bird! August 1 - August 15: $25 (race shirt included)
- August 16 - November 20: $30 (race shirt included)
- November 21 - November 22: $35 (race shirt included)
- November 23: $40 (on-site registration at packet pick-up only)
1K Fun Run/Walk
- August 1 - November 23: $10 (no race shirt included. Participants can purchase a race shirt for an additional $9 fee)
Packet Pick-Up
There is no shipping option available for packets. You must come to one of the following packet pick-up days/times in order to receive your bib and shirt. There will be no registration or packet pick-up option on race day.
