Live Professional Workshop: Feminist Ethics in Psychology

Join Mary M. Brabeck, PhD, Professor Emerita of Applied Psychology, Dean Emerita of the Steinhardt School of Culture, New York University, for a free professional workshop.
Overview

Clinicians and researchers often confront ethical dilemmas within their professions that they must resolve. To make an ethical decision, it is important to have an ethical framework through which to consider a choice. In this workshop, participants will examine and apply two ethical frameworks: Feminist Ethics as defined by Brabeck (2002) and Rest’s Four component model of practicing ethics, particularly ethical sensitivity. Particular attention will be paid to making culturally informed ethical decisions.

This course is approved for 3.0 Category I Ethics Credits.
