Dean’s Symposium: Mental Health among Healthcare Workers

Healthcare workers (HCWs) are providing essential care to the public during these challenging times, but at what cost?

Increased anxiety, depression, and stress top the list of severe psychological symptoms HCWs are experiencing. There’s concern that leadership may be overlooking the growing impact, and the NIH recommends managers and policymakers adopt more supportive and protective measures. This symposium will examine the state of healthcare workers and the healthcare delivery system, and potential outcomes within and outside of the industry.

An expert panel of healthcare and nursing experts from Stevenson University and Sheppard Pratt will lead an engaging and informative discussion hosted by Stevenson University Online.
