The OnTrack Maryland multidisciplinary team includes:

  • A team leader who serves as the primary therapist, coordinates intakes, offers crisis management, provides psycho-education and family therapy to the family, and manages the program.

  • A recovery coach who is responsible for coaching program participants in life skills, social skills, and problem-solving strategies. Our recovery coach also provides family therapy and substance use intervention.

  • A psychiatrist (either an adult psychiatrist or a child and adolescent psychiatrist, depending on the age of the program participant) who sees individuals weekly for medication management.

  • A supported employment and education specialist who assists participants in identifying and meeting their education and employment goals. The supported employment and education specialist also provides support around finding and maintaining competitive employment, as well as support and advocacy around any academic needs.

  • A peer support specialist who has lived experience with psychosis and works to engage participants in treatment and bridge gaps with providers.
