Tom Hess serves as Chief of Staff at Sheppard Pratt. His experience at Sheppard Pratt includes previous roles as Special Assistant to the President and Division Director of Support Operations.
Hess earned his Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University and both his Master of Education and Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
