Marshall D. Henson serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Community Services at Sheppard Pratt. His leadership experience includes previous roles as Director of Operations for the Maryland Department of Health’s Behavioral Health Administration and President and CEO of NW Works, Inc.
Henson earned his Bachelor of Social Work from the Steve Hicks School of Social Work at the University of Texas and his Master of Public Policy from the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. He serves as a board member of the Community Behavioral Health Association of Maryland and is a former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Malawi.
