Mental Health Training Camp

Young athletes face pressures that go far beyond the game—from performance anxiety and self-criticism to burnout and more.

It’s more important than ever to support an athlete’s mental and emotional well-being. When young athletes feel mentally supported, they perform better, recover faster, and grow into more resilient adults.

That's why we’ve partnered with the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles to offer Mental Health Training Camp, an initiative dedicated to supporting the mental well-being of youth in sports. We aim to provide the essential resources needed to help our young athletes navigate the unique challenges they face on and off the field.

Through our collaboration with the top teams in Baltimore, we're bringing together the world of sports and mental health to foster resilience, well-being, and success for the next generation of athletes. Our resources will equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to help you promote the mental well-being of youth athletes.
