Directions:
From I-70 to Frederick exit onto Rt 15 North remaining in exit lane. Take first Rt 15 North exit, Jefferson Street. At light turn left onto 340 West/Rt 15 S/Rt 351/Rt 180. Immediately move to right to exit right following signs to Rt 351. Follow signs to Rt 351 (Ballenger Creek), at light make a right onto Ballenger Creek Pike. At the next light make left onto Solarex Court. Make the first right into the parking lot for the Centerpark Professional Building. BHP is located in the two story building, second floor.

Directions:
Take I-70 to Frederick. Take MD. Rt. 15 north and proceed to Route 144 East (W. Patrick St.) Continue one mile through Frederick; Patrick Street will turn into South Street, going one way. Turn left onto Ice Street; at the second light, turn left onto Patrick Street, which is one way going west. Go through the first light, which is Bentz Street. Behavioral Health Partners is located immediately after Bentz Street, on the right hand side of the street.
