Rachel Matthews, LMSW is a mental health therapist at Behavioral Health Partners of Frederick. She received her master’s degree in social work with a focus in clinical practice from The University of New England. Rachel works with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families, and provides intensive individual and family therapy through Behavioral Health Partners of Frederick’s Off-Site Counseling Program.
