Dina Wientge, LCSW-C is the senior social worker for The Center for Eating Disorders, The Trauma Disorders Program, and the geriatric service line. She received her masters in social work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 1994, and trained at Johns Hopkins University focusing on women's health issues. As a senior social worker at The Center for Eating Disorders, she supervises and trains the family therapy staff, and specializes in family therapy and eating disorder treatment. Dina oversees and develops evidence-based family therapy programming for the inpatient and partial hospitalization programs at The Center for Eating Disorders. She served as a family therapist for the multi-site international anorexia nervosa research study for adolescents funded by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), and is a certified family-based therapist. As a field instructor, Dina has trained students from the University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Alabama. Dina is a state of Maryland board-approved supervisor.
