Denise M. Connelly, LCSW-C, MAC, CAC-AD, ACRPS, is a licensed clinical social worker, National Certified Master Addiction Counselor and Advanced Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist with over 20 years of experience in addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders.  She works from a strengths-based perspective, helping patients acknowledge and build on their strengths. She helps facilitate change through education and activities aimed at increasing the knowledge and coping skills necessary to prevent relapse and maintain long-term recovery from addictions and mental health issues.  She is passionate about recovery and how it changes lives for the better. Denise has a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Social Work.
