Caroline Perlman Cahn, LCSW-C, is the senior clinician for Sheppard Pratt School and Residential Treatment Center in Towson, Md. Caroline is a graduate of Tulane University with a bachelor of arts in political science; she received a master of social work from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice. Caroline has practiced social work on several of the units on Sheppard Pratt’s Towson campus including geriatrics, psychotic disorders, adult crisis stabilization, and co-occurring disorders. Caroline facilitates the Sheppard Pratt Social Work Internship Program and is a member of both the National Association of Social Workers and The Society of Social Work Leaders in Healthcare, where she participates on the Product and Practices Resource Committee. Caroline is a board-approved clinical supervisor by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
