Hospital Visiting Information

We know that this may be a difficult time for you and your loved ones. Below, please find information that will help make your visit to a Sheppard Pratt hospital as easy as possible.

Visitor Guidelines

When visiting your loved one in the hospital, please note that the following items are not permitted on our inpatient units: weapons, cell phones with cameras, and digital cameras.

Each inpatient unit may have different regulations regarding items allowed and visitation policies; prior to visiting, please contact the unit directly for specific information.

Visiting Hours

Ellicott City Campus

Visiting hours for all units are 7 - 8 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 2 - 4 p.m. on weekends.

 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m., 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit (TG)

 5 - 7 p.m. daily

Adult Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Unit (A7)

 5 - 7 p.m. daily

Behavioral Observation Service

 5 - 7 p.m. daily

Child Unit (1G)

 10:15 - 11:15 a.m., 5 - 6:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

 4 - 7 p.m. weekends

Co-Occurring Disorders Unit (TE)

 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. daily

Eating Disorders Adult Unit (B1)

 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
