When: Saturdays from May 6 - July 1, 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.; a Retreat Day will also be held on Sunday, June 18, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Cost: Tuition of $450 includes 26 hours of class time plus all class materials and yoga mat;
may be covered by some private insurances

James O'Neill is a national certified counselor and licensed clinical professional counselor for Behavioral Health Partners of Frederick, Inc. Previously he worked at Kennedy Krieger Institute while earning a Master's of Science from Johns Hopkins University. James enjoys helping his clients learn skills to better manage the pressures of everyday life.
