Parenting During a Pandemic: Strategies for Coping and Thriving

Join Sheppard Pratt and NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore for a Facebook Live event in recognition of Children's Mental Health Awareness Week 2021!

This year, Children's Mental Health Awareness Week is May 2-8, 2021. Join Abby Potter, MEd, Life Space Crisis Intervention Master Trainer, and Senior Coordinator of Educational Program Development and Training at Sheppard Pratt, for a special presentation offering insight into practical strategies for avoiding the inevitable power struggle between parents and their children. Chontey Copeland, a NAMI Peer Support Volunteer, and mental health coach/advocate will join Abby for a discussion following the presentation.

This event is free and open to the public on Sheppard Pratt's Facebook Page. If you would like to submit questions for our speakers, please email abarthelme@sheppardpratt.org.
