This webinar will address best practices for serving African American survivors while analyzing the systems and historical roots that contribute to barriers to disclosure, and accessing services.

After this lecture, attendees will be able to:
- Analyze the risk factors that contribute to rape in the African American community.
- Perform trauma-informed best practices when serving African American survivors.
- Identify ‘’cultural mama-isms’’ and barriers to disclosure when servicing African American survivors.
