About this lecture:

These lectures identify and review many of the common issues occurring in the clinical supervision of mental health and social services settings and are designed to explore the roles and responsibilities of the supervisor and supervisee towards clearly operationalizing goals and objectives.

After attending this lecture, participants should be able to:

  • Distinguish between clinical supervision and clinical consultation.
  • Define models, formats, and techniques for effective clinical supervision.
  • Recognize and discuss the ethical issues present in clinical supervision.
