The fee includes event registration, all program materials, five continuing education credits, as well as continental breakfast, buffet lunch and refreshments. Employees of Sheppard Pratt Health System and its affiliate agencies may contact Mary Pat Hanlin to receive a special code to access the ISSTD Member price. Full-time students must provide written documentation acceptable to the program sponsors.

Advanced registration is ongoing through October 20, 2017. After October 20, registrations will be accepted on site.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing within five business days before the event or October 16, 2017. A $55 cancellation fee will apply.  There are no refunds for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the conference. No-shows will not be refunded.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS

Hotel lodging is available at the nearby Sheraton Baltimore North. Mention “Trauma Workshop at Sheppard Pratt” and receive a room rate of $144 (plus tax) if booked by October 4th. The Sheraton Baltimore North is located at 903 Dulaney Valley Road, Towson, Maryland 21204.
