Eligibility for Keys to Success

Keys to Success participants must:

• Live in Upper Montgomery County

• Be income eligible according to the Head Start Federal Poverty guidelines

• Have at least one child younger than 26 months of age, or be expecting a child

• Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA and have an 85% attendance rate in school

• Have children or plan to have children enrolled at the Discovery Station Early Head Start program
