Eligibility for Healthy Families Montgomery

To participate in HFA, you must be a first-time parent living in Montgomery County, Maryland and enroll while pregnant.  Many families are referred to HFA from the Department of Health and Human Services. We also accept self-referrals. Eligibility for services is determined on a case-by-case after an in-home screening assessment.  

We provide services in English and Spanish.
