Learn how to face your anxiety and stress. Join Sheppard Pratt’s stress and anxiety experts for a virtual, group-based afterschool program designed specifically for teens and the life stressors they are facing.
Our clinicians will teach teens how to manage their anxiety, develop effective coping skills, and implement healthy habits in their daily lives.
What: Facing Anxiety and Stress Together, a virtual afterschool program for teens
When: TBA; twice-weekly sessions for 4 weeks
What to Expect: During each group session, you will work with a licensed clinician to learn effective anxiety management and cognitive behavioral therapy skills. You will also spend time learning life skills, like how to eat well to feel well, ways to cope with social anxiety, how to mend your relationship with social media, and how to tap into your creative side in healthy ways. Additional clinical resources can be recommended as needed.
Cost: $1,200 for 8 sessions – paid via credit card
