Program Overview
Turning Point, a program of Way Station, Inc., is a 20 year old private, nonprofit provider of psychiatric rehabilitation and supported housing services in Washington county. The psychiatric rehabilitation program offers psychosocial groups, community integration activities, medication monitoring and individual skill development and support. Other services include a residential rehabilitation program and a homeless outreach program.

From Baltimore/Frederick:
Take Rte.70 West to Exit 32B US-40 West Hagerstown. Follow US 40 approx.3 miles to Md 60, N Locust Street, turn Right on Md 60 Locust St. Travel approximately 0.3 miles to East North Avenue and make Left Turning Point is the last house on the left side of the street before the light. Turn left into the alley beside the house, parking lot is on the right side of the alley.
