Mosaic at North Baltimore Center is a community based mental health program in operation since 1969. The program takes a team approach to treatment, rehabilitation and service planning with the family/ caregiver and other providers serving as active team members. In July 2010, The North Baltimore Center merged with Mosaic Community Services, the largest provider of psychiatric rehabilitation services in Maryland, and an affiliate of Sheppard & Enoch Pratt Foundation.

Programs include:
• Homeless outreach
• Adult outpatient clinic
• Mobile treatment - adult and child
• Case management - adult and child
• School-based treatment
• Adult psychiatric rehabilitation
• Youth and young adult rehabilitation
• Chesapeake Connections - capitated wrap around services
• Partners In Recovery at North Baltimore Center - Substance Abuse Services

Services Provided:
• Psychiatric assessment and diagnostic evaluation
• Individual, group and family therapy
• Rehabilitation services (on-site and in the community, residential rehabilitation)
• Community support services
• Intensive in-home services
• Dual diagnosis (substance abuse and mental illness) treatment
• Medical management
• Comprehensive, multi-disciplinary treatment approach
• Substance Abuse Services - Outpatient, IOP, Buprenorphine clinic

Funding is through client fees, grants, medical assistance and private fund-raising.
