Art and History at Sheppard Pratt
|
The Towson campus of Sheppard Pratt Health System is home to several unique art and history installations.
Many of the public areas and therapeutic settings of Sheppard Pratt’s hospital complex display art that is
thematically related to the issues of mental health and addictions. The works of nearly 100 professionally
trained artists whose life experiences have been impacted by mental illness or addiction comprise the two art
collections. Additionally, a museum that relates the history of Sheppard Pratt and a unique mandala series,
complete the array of installations.
